By using Intervalla ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

The App is provided as a workout interval timer. You are responsible for ensuring that any exercise you undertake is appropriate for your fitness level. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.

Heart Rate Monitoring

Heart rate data displayed in the App is provided by third-party Bluetooth devices and is intended for informational purposes only. It should not be used as a medical device or for medical decisions.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ljosning is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the App.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Ljosning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
